Usability is how easy, fast, and satisfying it is for a person to use a tool or product, or service to reach their goal.
 
Being a UX person, i believe that UX People need more Power [ Authority ] to Drive & Create the NEW things in the World.
UX Passion should not remain within the Documents & wireframes it should get a shape in Real World.
 
Solutioning with Usability is my primary focus.
